I remember that when i was a kid,i finded out about that trick where you can make the flood "friendly" by destroying one of their arms,i loved to do that because even if they can't attack you,they keep following you,i remember being able to keep like 5 or 6 of them following me on a mission.

"Press E to Ignore This" I'm not the guy who developed the mod but my best guess says this. The d20 grenade doesn't directly spawn the enemies. If it did that then they'd all spawn in the same location and its difficult to come up with code. So what the game does is spawn the enemies in an upside down (what i'm assuming is a grand caravan or some random vehicle with a lot of seats) warthog and when the AI realise they're upside down, they get out and stand without blocking eachother. The "Press E to ignore this" is probably a prompt to flip said vehicle.

Fun fact: you can change the AI teams by using the command "ai_allegiance player flood" to join the flood team, or replace the word flood with covenant for covenant allies. Works with the sentinels too. To remove a friendly team, type in "ai_allegiance_remove " Factions that can be put into the command are "player" (the master chief), "covenant", "flood", and "sentinel" (for the monitor and his sentinels)

joeman543+ Not sure if you missed my comment from the previous episode, but to make the debug camera go up and down, hold middle mouse button and press R or F, you can stay in the pelican before starting cutscene ends by spam throwing a grenade, the pelican will then slowly rise up and take you outside the map, and that dead marine you saw was the marine, he must have gotten killed by one of the randomly thrown d20 grenades that randomly explode on this level, to get through checkpoints as an elite, you drive a ghost to so you don't get stuck, that can be done with marines as well with getting in a warthog, good luck! :)

You can use " DevTrainer " to stop time and you'll still be able to walk around while everything is frozen.

In the original xbox version, you could get back on Foehammer's ship. It would go all the way to the edge of the map, then you could disembark. You could find Mendowza (the hispanic marine) on the cliff. Seems to have been fixed in newer Halo games, can't get back on Foehammer's ship. He was alive.

In 343 guilty spark (First mission you see flood) you can do a glitch in the pelican where you spam the grenade button when your getting out of the pelican. You’ll know that you’ve done it right when you magically hop back in to the pelican. I’m not sure if it works with the mod. It also works on console so if you wanted to go there you can. The pelican should drop you off closer to the secret marine and the marine is actually in a tree. That’s why you couldn’t find it. I’m not sure if you need to do the pelican glitch to find the marine but that’s how I did it

I'am not sure if the second guilty spark is a bug or someting like that,but i think it might be someting like a "hate target" someting that spawns in order to distract the flood's AI and make sure they don't interfere with the cutscene by trying to shoot the player (master chief),that would explaing why they are attacking that second guilty spark, when they normally don't do that.

The way you use the character model to talk reminds me of the good old days when people used to make Machinima's. T'was an innocent and pure time.

The grenade spawns a "vehicle" that is used to do the random effects like spawning enemies, trees, vehicles, etc. That's why you get the message. It's a vehicle just like the golf ball in forge

Why is everyone being this way? Rick Astly himself said that he loves seeing his song used in this manner and it hasn't been copy right claimed on any of the other videos I've seen that include it. Or at least I haven't heard about it from those creators.

While using the camera, use the keys R and F to move vertically.

Those are the wrong 3 grunts that are teleported down, the 3 grunts down at the bottom of the pit are the 3 that are seen retreating into the door when you first get into 1st person pov. Then a fresh batch of grunts are spawned that have the combat AI so they function properly as enemies. There are I believe 9 grunts used in total, 3 for the beginning cutscene, 3 for the running animation whilst flying in the pelican (those ones are teleported and killed at the bottom), and 3 that have functioning combat AI.

I always wondered, why didn't they put Long Tall Sally by Little Richard into the Pelican ride cutscene where Johnson and the Marines are going to the Flood maze building. Would've made good tribute to Predator (bunch of badass soldiers going to an hostile forest, only to be slaughtered by an unknown monster)

its coming up as "flip" cuz you have the option to flip a vehicle but since the models you intercting with are not suippose to be there the desihners just labeled the models as "ignore this"

I noticed a bunch of the jackals and grunts when you pressed E. Perhaps ignoring them kills them?

my guess is that there is an actor created when you spawn stuff that is named ignore this and that it is flippable. Some kind of oversight, or an actor used to spawn the stuff.

It's not those three grunts though. It's the three that run back into the hallway.
