But last minute, we also headed out on a day-trip to Ninh Binh, which completely blew us away! But if you don't have the time for both, or the budget, which should you do? In my opinion hoi an and ninh binh. Those who like caves - phung nha. Ninh binh is the halong bay on land

My Halong Bay trip was only the 1 day trip but it got old after a few hours on the boat.
