Halsey is so precise at throwing little jabs in songs. Imagine someone writes a song about you and nobody else in the world knows it's about you because it's so personally specific. In my opinion that hurts more than everybody knowing it's about you. Lyrical genius up in this bitch.

As a young woman who was always shamed for not feeling the need to shave her underarm hair, seeing artists like Ashley normalizing and flaunting their body in all its glory is so empowering. They are extraordinarily unique, and it makes other unique women like myself feel more confident in their own selves. They are their authentic self, and that is a gorgeous sight to see. Rock on, Ashley ❤️

There’s this singer called Aurora who also does it. And you know what? I used to think “Oh, my… that’s gross” but then I realized “It’s something natural in the human body and we shouldn’t let ourselves be guided by what society tells us a woman should look like”. Every body is beautiful, in every shape, in every color. Why do we focus on something so simple as the underarm hair? We don’t criticize a man when he grows them or shaves them? Why should a woman be criticized depending on the choices she takes towards her body? I LOVE that more artists are doing their part to change that twisted idea we have as a society. And I think it was about time for us to start to change. 💞 ( As long as your not hurting anyone) You do you and don’t let anybody tell you how you should fell confortable in your own skin. 🤗💞🥰

Halsey, I doubt you’ll see this comment, but it is so refreshing to watch a woman showing her bare pregnancy belly and still being sexy. I had 4 children and then when my 4th was 12, and I was 41, I had another baby. My daughters were asking me questions about my belly, breasts etc…I explained to them that what they were looking at was real life, not a fake pregnancy commercial on tv. U have my utmost respect. U looked stunningly beautiful. Thank u for making this video. Congratulations on your precious baby boy💙
