Halubje bell ringers are recognizable symbol of traditional cultural identity of the entire community of Viškovo and Kastav ( Primorje-gorski kotar county ).
Since 2009., they have been included in the UNESCO list of intongible cultural heritage and since April 30 this year, they have their new home, The house of Halubje bell ringers!!
