Thanx Ham, loved the comparison with TM2Megs. Goofy bird mode aside I like this figure. Never watched the show but definitely respect the love. I suppose because of BeastWars I could never get behind these old blocky animal modes; DoubleDealer, ApeFace & the like. Guess that’s why they have a 3rd mode. Hopefully once we’ve gotten a definitive version of all those oldies we’ll get versions with more convincing beast modes. Great review.

So very happy with him, I got him on a shelf between my 3rd party liokaiser and dinoking and it just all gels so well together. Having him and victory saber is the best

For sure, I don’t worry about him breaking the way I did with starsaber. But I guess he can be sturdier cos he’s not doing as much

Also I highly recommend DNA kit for VS, new cannons, sword, wings and face are really worth getting.

Well he is perfect, I enjoyed Deszarasz the most out of all G1/J-G1 Destron leaders so it;s even better that he turned out so great. Just can't wait for mine to arrive in february. Sure he could use better hands, bonus more expressive faces or toy rifle, still the best Haslab to date. Now I wish that Saber could have better proportions in bot mode.

I love him. I just wish Starsaber felt as sturdy. They don’t really feel like they’re part of the same line. I’ll be interested to see who’s next to get the haslab treatment.
