Soaked and boiled chickpeas -1 cup
Sesame seeds - 1/4 cup
Garlic cloves - 4 to 5
Cumin powder -1/3 tsp
Salt to taste
Olive oil - 1/4 cup
Lemon juice -1 tbsp
Paprika powder - 1/4 tsp

This hummus is exactly the same taste that i used to have in London.. there is a mall called brent cross shopping centre and i used have falafel with hummus in pitta outside of the mall.. I really felt like you took me back in to 2009 when i was there.. i have a lot of recipes with me as professionally I’m a businessman but I was and I’m a chef by hobby and I’m running a restaurant successfully in Rajasthan. But I really appreciate your recipe, actually it’s almost the same recipe as I learned. Very well keep going. All the best.
