माननीय न्यायधीश जी का अच्छा व्यवहार और उचित न्याय से मैं बहुत प्रभावित होता था। लेकिन आज कुछ अच्छा नहीं लगा। उन बुजुर्ग दंपतियों के साथ कुछ ठीक नहीं हुआ। उनके साथ बहुत ही अन्याय किया गया है,लेकिन न्यायाधीश महोदय ने उस पर कोई संज्ञान नहीं लिया। और अंत तो बहुत ही बुरा लगा !

the mental situation of applicants can be seen and understood the judge should have been more patient with them. A judge is there to provide justice to the poor. This proves that even the judicial system dont care about poor people, repeatedly he is saying i am least bothered i am least bothered. Sadly in the end, he did what he decided within first 5 minutes of this hearing

What do you mean more patience??? It’s a court not a fish market he is already being far more supportive but the applicant needs to know how to behave. He already gave them so many opportunities to properly present but they were not being careful now if they think they can present without lawyers then it’s assumed that they have a sense to behave properly.

@@PankajBishnoi29 Mate, the applicant is LLB himself though i understand they are going though circumstances but even being an educated person of same profession if he can’t maintain simple etiquette of appearing in court then what do you expect??? Emotional sentiments should be there based on their condition and age which i think is fairly shown by the judge in this case but you can’t just keep on asking for more and more.

Judges are there to impart justice and such senior citizens with mental and physical health problems deserved to be heard and remedied no matter what discomfort a judge must face. The judge was yelling again and again "i am least bothered". now he may be great judge but he gets a C- in this case.

Use your words wisely. The judge was doing whatever is good for these old people but as the nature of the old one always interrupts every one and thinks like knows everything, does not trust the guy who is taking their side. So moral always talk less listen more.

Judge ko inhe guide karna chahiye ki ab unhe kya karna chahiye, log pareshan hai, highest population ghatiya desh hai, lakho cases pending hai, judges jyada kam karne me bhi interested nahi aur process ko bhi lamba khechne me bhi unko koi shikayat nahi. dhanda bana liya Nyay gaya gaddhe me. case jeet gaye to bhi koi fayda nahi hota keval case khatam hone ka khushi vo bhi usko jisne kuch nahi bigada.

Aisa nahi hai isi high court me kai judges hai jo sunte relief dete.lig bahas karte supreme court me bhi bahas karte agar case Dene layak hai to relief milta hai.

The poor old lady should not bring husband in the court he messed up everything. He is unstopable. Judge is helpless to help the couple. I think because of mental instability this is happened. No one should blame Judge. I think the person is having huge ego. Even though he is old person true is true. This person ego may be responsbile of his current situation. He can not assessed situation wisely.

Article 20bhi applicable hai .same offence ke liye dobara F.I.R nahi ho sakti.482ya 226 article me F.I.R aur proceeding cancel ho sakti hai.article 20applicabke hai better hota 226 article me writ file hoti.

ज़ब प्रोसीजर नही पता है तो क्यू धस जाते है लोग, लोगो को लगता है की कोइ भी वकील का काम आसानी से कर सकता है l ज़ब किसी जज का टर्मिनेशन होता है तो वो भी अपने लिए एक वकील कर लेते है क्यू की उनको कानून भले ही पता हो लेकिन फैक्ट्स से खेलना तो वकील का काम है जज का नही l

but what was the final decision ? did the couple get justice? all i saw was them interrupting their own lawyer and he shouting at them to keep quiet and sit down. normally, JudgeJI has been very clear in his decisions and so far, all his judgements have been fair, so if anyone can update , it would be helpful.

Mujhe to ye lga ki judge pr kya beet’ti hogi. Rote hue logo ko dekhna, ubki bebkufio ko ek had tk anzar andaaz krna, baki ke petitioners or lawyers ke time ke baare me sochna. Apni duty biasedness se pre krna, emotional na hone ke liye khud ko pathar ka bnaana. Kise ota judge jb uth ke gye to unko takleef ho rhi ho pr unko apni adalat chalane ka decorum or discipline bhi maintain krna hai. Or ho skta hai jugde ne apne chamber me bulake inke haq me faisla diya ho baad mein. Hum normal logo ke sochne or dekhne ka nazriya wha tk phunch hi ni skta jha tk judges ka hota hai.

बुजुर्ग दंपत्ति का वकील के साथ आपस में बन ना पाने या अविश्वास के कारण जज साहब केस की गुणवत्ता को भाप गए और केस को सुनने से इनकार कर दिया , कारण वकील और बुजुर्ग दंपति दोनों की आपस में तालमेल की कमी!
