Bur Dubai has very less rentals , the heart of Dubai is marina , sheikhzaid road , Greens where rentals are exorbitantly high .

My daughter stays in Marina area,she pays a rent on 3.5 lacs rent per month. As you say earn and spend in AED does not pinch you.

Same situation with me too.. Pigeon mere terrace garden me koi b plant nehi rakhte..small small plants ugne se pehle usko apne beak me ukhaad dete hain.. unable to plant anything..bohat difficulty hotaa hai plants ko ugaane keliye..love to Hunny Bunny 😘

Bur Dubai n karama are over crowded areas especially becoz rents r very cheap ther...come n have a look at marina..sheikh zayed..greens...downtown Dubai...thy r very high posh areas...u live in a cheap area wit manageable rent...so chill its not at all expensive
