A beautiful composition by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj describing the feelings of a Gopi in the separation of Shyamsundar. Brief meaning below:
hamaro sahaj sanehi shyam
(My beloved Shyamsunder is naturally and causelessly affectionate)
drig asuvan son poy haar nit, pahiravat ur dham
(I constantly shed tears in longing and offer the garland of those tears to my beloved, who lives in my heart)
lalit tribhang anang vimohan, sumirat athon yam
(Day and night I meditate on his divine, beautiful form which is curved at three places)
shravan sunati nit priyatam charcha, sudha madhur madhu naam
(I constantly only hear about his beautiful past-times and unlimitedly sweet name)
rasana son nishi vasar chin chin, gavati hari gun gram
(Day and night my tongue only sings His divine glories)
hum 'kripalu' unke ve mere, kaha jagat son kam?
(Shri Kripalu Prabhu says "I belong to Shyamsunder and He to me. What relation do I have with the world now?)
