Angie DID have that breakdown, and never recovered. She spent most of every day screaming for Phillip to come home. Eliza didn't let her move out of the house. Eliza also never learned that she'd outlived a second child. Her family kept it a secret.

Doubling up on that: Both Hamilton and Burr outlived their first child. The older Philip died in the duel, while Burr's daughter (no idea how her name is spelled) died 20 years before Burr died, while crossing the atlantic.

I think I am going to have to write an essay about all the reasons this is the best thing I have ever seen. Maybe a book. Maybe a set of encyclopedia. This is the best thing, the very best. Nothing can top it, nothing. I will weep for this and this only. It gives me life. It keeps my heart beating. It is the reason God placed us on this earth. I will never recover from this. I predict watching this everyday for as long as I live. Quite literally, praise to this. THIS IS THE GREATEST THING.

Fun fact for Phillip Hamilton 2: he was regarded as being very kind and considerate to those around him and when he became lawyer he was known to take cases from the poor even though he wouldn't make much money from them.

And he also was abolitionist! He assisted the Underground Railroad (a network of secret routes and safe houses made by freed/escaped slaves to help other slaves to escape) in the escape of at least one slave by hiding the fugitive in his basement until he could safely resume his travel to Canada.

@@yay6142 yeah, I've read that while he was training in France he cheated on his wife with two women then wrote back to his wife that he cheated but they weren't as beautiful as her. And that before he left France he had an affair with another women (can't remember her name of the top of my head but she was important) and while he was in America it got out, then when he went back he continued to see her. She wanted to end it but he refused everytime. He even wanted to marry her (even though both him and her were already married)(her husband seemed to be fine with the affair) but he ended it after she told him to really think about what they were doing when he went back to his hometown I seen another thing where it was rumored he had an affair with Marie Antoinette (queen of France) but couldn't really find information on it He and his whole family were kicked out of France (can't remember when or why) and were imprisoned. They were eventually released/escaped, his family was aloud back into France but he wasn't. His wife after about two years finally convinced France to give Lafayette back his citizenship. His citizenship was revoked another couple times too I believe. France didn't really like Lafayette as much as America did (like we put his face on womens gloves) Lafayette is a very interesting man to learn about

Angelica Hamilton suffered from a mental injury after her brother Philip died, and wasn’t able to take care of herself anymore. Alexander brought her birds in attempt to cheer her up, and she often spoke of Philip if he was still alive
