Plot twist Peggy just changed her name because she wanted a piece of Hamilton for herself but it would be weird for 3 Schuyler sisters to do Hamilton

the switch from "how could you do this" to "how could i do this" in the final version is really surprising, it changes it from ham blaming maria to blaming himself, and it says a lot about how his character developed during the creation of the musical.

I wish they kept Eliza and Angelica's parts in the Broadway version In this version of the song, it seems to be rushed, the fuck didn't go with the flow of the song and Maria's Voice is a little high for the song, and the yes when Maria sings it didn't sound right so I could see why they didn't keep this version of the song but this is in my opinion

How I see Eliza and Angelica's part being staged: maria sinks away into the wings, while alex has a guilty look on his face. suddenly, the spotlight is on an excited eliza reading a letter from alex. Angelica sits in the doorway, saying "he will never be satisfied" with a sad look on her face, could be from jealously or having a sudden bad feeling because alex's letters hadn't been so frequent, and she didn't want to see eliza be hurt. angelica disappears, and eliza sings the rest of her part

I listened closely to Elizas' part. It's so heartbreaking because you here the 'hey' like there was in the song helpless, and this tone of urgency, as if Eliza kinda senses something wrong, but is still going with the flow because she loves/trusts Alexander. I dunno. Listen to Elizas' part closely and tell me if you get the same sense.
