What an incredible set of iconic Horror characters! Peter Cushing as Van Helsing and Christopher Lee as the Prince of Darkness himself, DRACULA! I was in the middle of building these two as custom figures when KP announced this set and straight away I dropped all plans for my customs. And I'm glad to as these bother turned out amazing!

Josh, I was born in 67', so Hammer films mean a lot to me. Cant wait to pick these up.

Then these will be right up your alley! These were my Mom's Dracula and Van Helsing when she was growing up as well and aside from the Classic Universal Monsters these were my first versions of these characters my Mom showed to me as I was growing up as well. Christopher Lee Dracula stands tall next to Bela as the image of Dracula I envision in my head when thinking of the character.

Very nice set. I'm looking forward to seeing a review of the set with the three head Scopes as I think the neutral closed mouth faces the greatest likeness to Christopher Lee. It's also nice to see that this Christopher Lee Dracula figure actually fits laying flat in the coffin. I was disappointed when I ordered the Bella Dracula set and he couldn't lay flat in the coffin

Kaustic plastik are a fantastic company. Nosferatu was my figure of last year. These look fantastic also. Hoping for more universal monsters and then maybe onto more modern horror. I.e. 70s, 80s and then 90s.

Nice. The only weak point in what I'm seeing here is the hair, the shiny finish and lack of definition puts it at odds with the great job that was done on the faces. Really great set though, and such a refreshing change from all of the superhero and Star Wars figures. Btw, did your Dracula come with 3 headsculpts?

I love Peter Cushing as a actor, but why can nobody get his head sculpt right. It's not bad but it's sometimes hard to see his likeness. Christopher Lee head sculpt on the other hand looks really good. Loved seeing the posing you did and always look forward to seeing how your going to display them. They go so well with your amazing collection. The coffin was a nice touch for accessorie. 😊

Thanks man. I was actually more impressed with Cushings sculpt 😆 but that's OK. Our eyes tend to see things differently. I'm looking forward to seeing the other sculpts with the exclusive set. And I plan on doing two different displays. One in the detolf more museum pose, then I'd like to do a full on 1:6 diorama of the final battle! Showcase video will definitely come later for that

He had a tricky combination of very distinctive facial bones and very expressive facial muscles on top of it. His first few horror movies were made at a time when middle age and a bad smoking habit were starting to catch up to him. All of which means that you really have to choose your reference images with a lot of care (and not, as Sideshow appears to have done, use Brides of Dracula reference images for Horror of Dracula Van Helsing). My main beef with Klaustik is that they give him a more Italian nose - slightly beefier and more protruding than the profile shots I've seen of the actor.
