I remember i was 7-8 when i first heard this song, i looked for the lyrics to see what it meant, since i'm brazillian, when i learned what the chorus said i went crazy and every storm i would go to my house's second floor and just stare at the lightning looking for a red one Doesn't storm a lot down here, so you can imagine how hyped i always got with any rain

@thunderstorm997 In Lord of the Clans Thrall takes up Doomhammer's armour and warhammer. Since it never exhibited any lightning tendencies when Doomhammer was using it (he was just a very good warrior) and since Thrall did call on the lightning in the novel (and since Shaman use the elements and lightning is explained to come under the element of fire) we can assume that it was because of him. Thrall was known for fighting hand to hand, so I'm guessing it's because Orcs needed a ranged hero.

it was 23:15 i was sitting in my balcony,as i saw in the horizon a crimson thunder,i got up and said"show me the signs of the crimson thunder" and the thunder appeared again,i hurried and got out,and chased at it with my bike untill 24:00 i could see thunder from almost all directions,far in the horizon behind the clouds,but no crimson thunder,and then i gave up,it was too far away,and my parents would be worried that i run without explaining,now i can still see it from my balcony.

should i have followed the thunder? it was a crimson bolt running straight to the ground vertically,sometimes there were many one followed by another,but it was so far away you couldn't hear a cracking sound,couldn't possibly reach it,the roads were dark and didn't know the way. did i make a mistake,that i didn't follow the crimson thunder? it was just like in dreams i had when listening to the song,i will probably hate myself,if i was supposed to follow it

@Pyrotechnics45 Actually, it never is really clear on the hammer is it? I can't seem to remember any specific details (It WAS 4 years ago, so you shouldn't take my word on anything), but they never seem to mention anything specific about its powers, I just assumed it contained some enchantments since the lightning balls didn't cost any Mana. @samuraj637 Becuse the lead artist on blizzard has also do alot of album covers for Hammerfall, as he listens to them while he draws. Read an interview with him, he seems cool :)
