Hammering out a pressed in bottom bracket

Күн бұрынI'm working a bit on the mostly green Batavus Barcelona bicycle. After changing out the left crank arm and pedal something is still wrong. And it seems to be coming from the bottom bracket. So it is time to investigate and hopefully fix the problem, so I can continue using my winter beater :)

@@RolingRandom You could say, "Here comes the sparks!" for all kinds of actions. Not just superhero or bike dismantling situations, but like when you're about to dig into your dinner, or even when taking a piss ""Here comes the sparks!" lol.

For removing that right side crank, a dork type car ball joint splitter behind it, and some brute force, should do the job

I've had a similar situation with the BB, BUT i used cheap 6003 ZZ C3 KOYO bearings with the original axel and it works just fine better than new :) Yo
