Hampta Pass Trek with IndiaHikes. A six days long trek starting from Jobra in Manali and ends at Chhatru in Spiti. This trek opens only during monsoon season starting mid June till mid Sep.

Bro is august a suitable time to visit hampta pass. Because I have heard that there is a lot of landslides in Himachal during the time of August.

This trek opens during July/Aug and mid of Sep only. Landslides are a problem during July and August enroute Manali. But on this trek route, there won’t be landslides. In 3rd/4th week of August you will find most greeneries and flowers on trek.

Not enroute. You can see nearby mountains having snow. If you are interested in snow on trek then plan for early July

It was very good. We faced slight rain for couple of hours on one day during our trek. Trail was green with blossoming flowers.

No shops enroute. You need to cook yourself if you are trekking alone. If you are going with trek operators then they will take care of food and tent.
