The so called evidence- jail house snitches- did not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he was guilty of murder. This should be thrown out based on the fact that it should have never even been prosecuted. All the jury had to do was listen to these key words- beyond a reasonable doubt. Had they listened and followed the instructions they were given- then he would not be in prison for murder in the second degree.
