It's the real-life salacious soap opera that had people talking and headlines blaring, featuring the dashing millionaire, his cheating wife, and starring the handsome electrician Danny Pelosi, who cops say had 80 million reasons to murder. But the loud-mouthed loverboy swears he's not the hit man -- he's the fall guy.

I always thought Danny was innocent. His big problem is he talks too much. I've always said it was Generosa who did it. She had to have knowledge of the hard drive location, the anger, a key to let herself in, etc. If I remember correctly, Ted was found naked on the bedroom floor. So, whomever it was, must have surprised him. IMO

@@carolwhydoyouneedmylastnam7341 I agree, none of them were innocent. Did you know in the early 1900's it was still a law that anyone caught in an affair was to be hanged to death in America. Some states still consider adultery against the law. And some countries do as well. We live in a society that takes divorce and affairs way to lightly. It is psychologically very damaging to tolerate...some can tolerate it easier than others...we used to have laws that centered upon respecting psychological health, not no more, no wonder this world is crazy!

Generosa held out and got the money she wanted, she most likely knew Ted was worth more alive than dead bc after he died, turned out he didn’t even have much left. She most likely knew he wasn’t worth all that 80 million, but also knew she could get more than 10 million.

@@jgbnino8157 Danny and Generosa both knew she was dying from cancer. She left him 2 million in his will probably to fight the murder charges that she knew were coming. Both were punished for their evil ways and her children suffered because they did not like living with the nanny. They eventually lived with a relative of Generosas. Poor kids. She adopted them, then died and left them with someone they despised.

I dont understand what you are saying due to your poor writing skills, "Has type with Generosa saying that he is innocent". I have no clue that that means, but if by chance you are trying to say Generosa set Danny up to take the fall for her husbands murder, then you are foolish. Also, you mentioned that Danny is not rich. Generosa left him two million dollars in her will, why is that not rich to you? Apparently, his money couldn't buy his way out of prison.

I never understood what is so great about the hamptons. People get drunk play golf and snort cocaine everyday in America without being in the Hamptons so again what is so special about the hamptons? Is it the snobbish parties where the rich act special why people think so highly of the hamptons? I once went to a snobbish party and i can tell you that its no different from any other regular party i had been to; you have people standing around, cheap booze, a few loose white girls, lots of cocaine, and every other drugs known to man and non-stop talking about nothing

Whether he did it or not the case against him was weak and shouldn't have made it to trial. The so called evidence- jail house snitches- did not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he was guilty of murder. This should be thrown out based on the fact that it should have never even been prosecuted. All the jury had to do was listen to these key words- beyond a reasonable doubt. Had they listened and followed the instructions they were given- then he would not be in prison for murder in the second degree.
