Mr. Kuhn ends his interviews usually with a two-liner which dismisses the episode as being amiss of key questions unanswered or still in doubt. Where we encounter fellow Jews who have strayed from the path, we try to engage them so that they come back to the fold and show them how G-D can be a part of their lives. You don't need to condemn all non believers out of hand or send them to hell. Many professed atheists have come back to G-D as a result of having Near Death Experiences or other spiritual encounters. This is what G-D is looking for in the end. Did you try to encourage such people to re-engage with their faith?
