Hello Hamza, i am 16 and from France and i've discovered your channel around 6 months ago. In the beginning i didnt succeed getting used to the new good habits that u recommended and i stayed coping with my bad habits (very few sport activities, masturbation and porn and no self confidence). Today and since 1 month i think, i'm really starting to take it seriously and i'm progressing a lot on my objectives: I started seriously running and now i run at 5min/km (which is quite good), im on nofap and i'm winning the battle against my bad habits. Thank you for being there and hopefully you educate a lot more young man like me.

hamza. I am 16, from Australia 🇦🇺 over the last year and a half I have unfortunately developed a rare chronic skin condition. This has effected my life drastically. Watching your videos has genuinely improved my life in many ways. I was already a pretty sporty kid but really awkward played video games, and had developed bad habits. Now I have developed a mentality where I refuse to call myself a victim for anything negative that happens in my life, and take full accountability even though I’ve had to go through several surgeries ect. I love how relatable you are and the positive message you spread. When I’m not in pain I go to my gym every day, and have been working on my own clothing brand when I’m in too much pain to work. Thanks yo you my mentality has stayed strong through all adversity I’ve been through recently so I just wanted to thank you. Its 2:30 am for me Sorry if it’s abit wordy lol

Hamza, you're not only a life saver, you're a motivator. A while back ago I watched one video of yours every single day and it got me going. I was motivated, passionate and really believed I could actually earn money. But soon afterwards I for some reason stopped watching your videos. I fell into procrastination and didn't want to put the effort, I didn't want to work harder, I didn't want to sacrifice and it hurt my progress. This is what happens when you think you are at the top of the world and nothing can stop you, then you stop paying attention to what's around you and fall. But instead of cursing myself of my mistakes, I cursed the world, the reality around me. You, Hamza, on the other hand made me pay attention and see through my mistakes. You encourage me, make me a better version of myself and motivate me. Thanks a lot man.

Hey bro, I never took my studies seriously. Like scored very-very good marks but I never felt that I was truly studying. Today, I woke at 4 am and actually completed more than I had done the whole week. I specially liked how you explained about the snow and flag thing, of how to meditate back to work, knowing that It'll become easier. I still cannot focus for more than one hour so I do take 10 minute breaks in between but it's my first monk mode. I truly feel like like I can reach the height I never had imagined until now. THANK YOU HAMZA. :)

One day idk how i was belted by my dad because i did some mischeif in school which was ofc something of a bully sort and my dad was called to the school. That day i wasnt even ashamed but when i came home idk how i got a recommendation from hamza and the video title was you can change your life or smth. i remember watching it and realising what i was doing. Now i have A+ Grades, building my body, more peacefull and wonderous mental health and ive gotten a lot stronger.

Took detailed notes on everything, G. And already applied some of the steps. Will apply everything from this guide, except for the last part with the fun mode. Rewarding yourself for hard work with loser activities is dumb. It's better to reward yourself with a food you know you shouldn't eat often. Like chocolate. You grind really really hard for 14 days and you eat one of your favourite chocolates. But ultimately, I believe that the work/reward ratio must be something along the lines of 15/1 or 12/1. Anyway. Thank you for this guide, Hamza. Was really helpful.
