He started writing lyrics when he was watching a show with his father where they had to come up with lyrics. He was fascinated and his father challenged him to come up with his own. I like quite a few kpop groups but he's my number one idol out of all the idols I know of (which is a lot hahah) and Stray Kids is also my number one group out of all the groups I listen to. They’re just very humble and genuine people with lots of talent and love for music and each other. They’re honestly great. And as for my favorite thing about Han I honestly think it’s how genuine he is as a person. He's just so human, Idk. Of course I absolutely adore his singing, rapping, and skills as a producer but as someone who has had this man as a bias for almost a year and has watched pretty much everything Stray Kids related there is, I think what I like the most is his personality. He isn’t afraid of being who he is, he isn’t afraid of being loud or "weird" or anything, he's just so unapologetically himself and I really admire that about him. I saw a clip once where Han said he trained himself to sing so he could write non rap songs. He is one of the main lyricists for the group and didn't want to be limited when he composed. I am assuming he meant he took lessons but who knows. He can certainly do everything he wants to do well.

13:19 Skz were supposed to go on tour in Europe in 2020 but then COVID hit so they couldn’t. Then they went on tour in Korea, Japan and the US in 2022 from like May to September and then they’re going to Australia now in February to do some tours there and then I think they’ll do some more in Asia and then the US again. But so far they haven’t announced any Europe dates so all the Europeans are just waiting at this point hahah (me included)

it’s also cool to note that when people are guessing who the main or lead dancers are in skz, han’s name frequently comes up which says a lot about his stage presence/dancing in general

hi! i've been a jisung biased for 3 years but even i, still get so fascinated about how talented he is. han joined the company as a rapper and mainly trained to debut as one but i think he was born as a good vocalist considering that his father was in a rockband before so he didn't get much training for it. however, he contributes a lot in their songs vocal parts so he started taking singing seriously. it's no question that he is a great rapper. his flow is always amazing whether it's a slow or fast rap. plus he's very stable despite skz's heavy choreographies. his stage presence is through the roof too. he's always oozing with charisma, i'd say he was born to be a performer. he's also a great producer too. he wrote sunshine in 2 hrs while looking at the sun in LA, his verse in we go in just 30 minutes after eating chocolate chip cookies, he wrote close after watching a movie (he didn't even get to finish it), maze of memories in 15 minutes and the melody of easy in an hour. there is one song he wrote that holds a special place in my heart, it's called slump and is actually used as an ost for the anime tower of god. han wrote that during a dark time where he was struggling and didn't actually want to make music anymore. he also wrote alien based on his experience of feeling like he doesn't belong anywhere. he wrote school life during predebut and knetz say he perfectly illustrated the experiences of going to a korean school despite being homeschooled in malaysia. fun fact, another day is 2:47 long (a day is 24/7, right) as a person, han is also so funny and i relate to him in so many ways that's why he's my ultimate bias!

umbrella. My favorite thing about Han is his ability to start singing a n y w h e r e. He never messes it up. His all rounder talent is absolutely amazing. He can rap, sing, and dance, and write the most heartfelt and beautiful lyrics ever. Hes my ult bias and I don't think that's ever going to change. He is so underappreciated and needs for recognition for how much he can do. Along with his social anxiety not getting any better, it's truly amazing that he can perform this well (But is it really that shocking of its someone as cool as Han Jisung?) You should also look at his 3Racha career (J.One, SpearB, CB97 aka, Han, Changbin, and Chan) Along with his songs he makes with Seungmin.

A lot of singing is about being born with a good voice, but, generally, vocal training helps a lot with technique. Training can make you strain less, become clearer, increase your range, and overall improve your sound. My vocal teacher says that your voice is like a muscle and you need to sing regularly to keep your voice strong. People with more vocal training will use better breathing strategies, use very intentional vowel sounds, and have more control over what they sound like. A lot of time, your natural voice impacts what types of songs you sound better singing, but practice really makes a huge difference :D

For singing, I've seen it where people are just born with golden pipes and, without any training at all, are amazing singers! But I've also seen people learn technique and grow musically till they are great singers. I'm a performer myself and I personally went from being a weak singer in the back of choir to being able to perform a solo in a musical. I'm mediocre at best but I improved a lot thanks to some really amazing vocal coaches and patient directors.

There's no such thing as a too long SKZ reaction, and there is definitely no such thing as a too long Hannie the Ace appreciation video to a Han bias, either. Lmao I absolutely adore him. By the way, you can call him Jisung, Han, Hannie... Whatever you would like. His name is actually Han Jisung. but he's even ok with just Quokka and in 3RACHA, his stage name is JOne. Speaking of which, the song that you said "went really hard" on the stage that was cast in a red glow, that was "We Go" by 3RACHA. They were a pre-debut crew for a whole year before they even formed Stray Kids. So, they have a lot of music from before the group too. On top of that, they still do a few songs as 3RACHA during Stray Kids concerts. As well as include one on every other album. When it comes to their concerts, they will in fact be coming to the UK this year! In fact I think you can get your to let's now, because the dates were all announced during the first half of their world tour which they did last year. On whether it’s nature or practicing it’s a bit of both but there are people out there thanks to genetics have a natural singing voice. Like Christina Aguilera she is a natural. But because they are natural doesn’t mean they can’t improve on top of that. Like breath control is learnt. His voice has gotten better from debut to now. He has more control now and he is better at singing/dancing whilst rapping.

I wasn't planning on responding, but when you asked about singing, I had to. First off, that song you liked at the beginning I think is one of 3Racha's songs (I say I think since I haven't listened to all of their stuff as it's not on Spotify). And in case if you don't know, 3Racha is the production unit for Stray Kids comprised of Bangchan, Changbin, and Han. That other song that you were amazed by his rapping was MIROH. Now to move onto talking about singing. Short and simple, yes, it's a balance of naturally having the voice and training. It is very common for two people to have the same amount of training and one to sound "better". Reason I used quotations is that all voices are different. Some are darker, lighter, more vibrato, less, etc. Of course, you can train and practice to have all of these tones, but there's only so much variation from your natural voice. With that, different voices are conceptually thought to be better for different genres, and depending on what people expect it to sound like, you get that "better". Regardless, even if you think you can't sing and don't have any training, with just some practice (not even getting lessons) you can greatly improve. I genuinely believe that anyone can sing. When it comes to improving your voice, I personally think that the biggest factor is experimenting/using it. You can overuse it, but if you just sing whenever you feel like it, maybe try using your air from some other spot or changing the shape of your mouth, you will naturally find what your voice is capable of and how you can further expand it towards your goal. All this said, I do not sing professionally nor teach. However, I was in choirs from as young as I can remember up through high school and took 3 years of vocal lessons. Even though I haven't had any training or lessons for years, my range and capabilities have continued to expand as I continue to play with my voice. Sorry this was a lot, just wanted to flesh it out in case if others were curious too. If you want examples of how people's voices can improve, I can actually give you references to Stray Kid's content and how they've grown since debut. You do need to listen to all of their songs. Such bangers. And it was nice that their most recent album, SKZ Replay, was mostly softer songs and allowed each member to showcase their own work. Really great way to balance it all out. However, I do have to warn you: most of their old songs were redone. A member left the group and they rerecorded (almost) everything, so when looking through their discography, it may be a bit confusing. I don't mind helping with that. I have a playlist on Spotify titled "i think i'll STAY..." if that helps, but I still have a couple songs to clean up there due to the rerecording (they changed a few track names which makes it a tad difficult). XD Levanter. Get Cool. I was about to say that they have a tour coming up, but then you said UK... ;-; I don't know if they're stopping anywhere near you... Usually when k-pop artists do tours, they just visit South Korea, Japan, and the USA. Very rarely do they go elsewhere, although it does happen. Victory song. Boxer. Not mad at all. Felix tends to get bridges and the parts that hit hard. Even though Han is my bias, if we're being honest...I think Changbin is a better rapper...shhhhh, don't tell him..! But Han specializes in melodic rap and he is the king of that, so...not a complete traitor. XD OT8 only in this house. I'm...not sure how true this is, but I heard that idols train to sing while dancing by singing while running on a treadmill, so... Making things look easy is the true marks of a master. Hehehe...about him knowing all those choreos... There's an inside joke that he forgets stuff as quickly as he makes it. He's known for writing song lyrics in ten minutes, but...has been seen at fansigns, on radio shows, and even live stages forgetting his lyrics and choreo. Sooo...kinda? Can't blame him though. With his solo songs, he gets some help from Bangchan with arranging and composing it, but Han does all of the lyrics. I have a playlist just of his works on Spotify titled "고모와 한니" (thank you Hannie) since several of his songs comforted me through some tough times. How dare you to ask me to say my favorite thing..!? I already suck at favorites. XD U-uhhhhh...honestly, it's his personality as a whole. He's sweet, funny, very mentally ill (I know that's an odd thing to say, but I'm also very mentally ill and people who deal with the same stuff are just easier to talk to), we have several shared interests, his music and quotes resonate with me, so yeah... I feel like if we ever meet, we'd easily become best friends and just have k-drama binging marathons with chocolate cake together. To answer your singing question - anyone can learn to sing decently, it's just like any other skill where it might be harder for some people to learn but not impossible. But tone quality, everyone has a unique instrument and that can't be replicated with training

With the singing thing(as a singer who is considered very naturally gifted,) I’d say it really depends on how much work you put in. I’m not entirely sure but I do know that people who used to suck at singing , if they learn techniques they can sing a LOT better, though I have been told by my voice teacher that I can sing already years ahead of where most people my age are due to talent

I can sing, i've been in choirs and stuff. I got into show choir without any prior training in high school, BUT my technique definitely isn't the best, i can sound good but i'm sort of inconsistent which is why i didn't audition for many solos... I would say singing can be both just born with it or trained. Most amazing singers could sing well before training but training just boosted them up to a next level. If you can hold a tune you can get better with vocal training. People that are "born with it" usually have been at least singing to themselves since they were little.
