Mutton Haneeth Recipe In Malayalam. Haneeth also called haneed is a rice recipe similar to Mandi using slow roasted lamb. Here the lamb is slow roasted until the tender meat is about to fall off the bone.

Ingredients
----------------
Haneedh spice or hawaiiji spice
******************
Cardamom - 5 nos
cloves - half tsp
pepper corns - 1 tsp
cumin seed - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - half tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Dry roast all these spices and powder
mutton with bone - 1.5 kg or 1 kg
Marinate mutton with these spice powders along with
vinegar - 1 tbsp
Salt as required
onion - 2
tomato - 2
capsicum - half cup
cloves and cardamom - few
stock water
salt as required
Dried lemon
Basmati rice - 5 cups
pepper powder -1 tsp

പേര് കേട്ട് സത്യം പറഞ്ഞാൽ ചിരിച്ചു കാരണം വീട്ടിൽ ഉമ്മ കൈമയിലും, സാധാരണ പൊന്നി അരിയിലും, ഈ വിധം ഉണ്ടക്കി തരുമായിരുന്നു.... ചിക്കനിലും മട്ടനിലും ചെയ്തിരുന്നു.... കാരറ്റ് ഗ്രീൻപീസ്,ബീൻസ്,എന്നിവയും ഇതിന്റെ കൂടെ ചിലപ്പോൾ ഇടും.... മുപ്പത് വർഷം മുൻപെത്തെ കാര്യമാണ് പറഞത്....ഇപ്പോൾ ഈ അരിയിൽ ഞങളിത് കുക്ക് ചെയാറുണ്ട്.... മന്തിയേകാൾ സൂപ്പർ ആണ്
