That's Hettsu and she's playing the bass. Check out some of her playthroughs; rthat's just how she plays. She is playing the strings.

She has a similar style from BOH from Babymetal from an interview he said something like when he sweeps upward is faster then playing downward. You can see her up close when she plays on the ADO cover.

She's not playing the body lol It's something of an optical illusion I guess... As long as she plays the top string she pulls it one finger at a time very quickly, so it kind of looks like she's tapping just above the string. See here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/gseCad2Ilcetm58.html
