ゴミ箱横のシール、冷蔵庫の予定ボードの寝る、机の上の本に乗るフィギュア.. 思わず頷き、懐かしくなり、笑ってしまうような.. 作るだけじゃない。生活が想像、いや見えるような、そこに本当に誰かが住んでいるかもしれないというドキドキをくれるミニチュア造り... はぁ..好きすぎる。

もちろん全て凄すぎるけど、素人的には小道具系の縮尺が全部統一されてることから感動する....

this turned out absolutely gorgeous! i would love to have a miniature house like that. your attention to detail us immaculate. everything from all of those books on the shelves upstairs to the little telephone even to the resin sinkwater made me absolutely lose it. this was so relaxing and satisfying to watch, thank you for taking the time to do this!

I've developed a fascination for miniature stuff lately. Only logical reason I can figure is my grandmother used to collect all kinds of miniatures when I was a kid. I would use them in Lego houses as they were the perfect size for the most part. Now later in life I find myself coming full circle back to it. May have to pick up a project like this just for the heck of it. I think it is really cool. The attention to detail is amazing.

I admire the incredible amount of patience, time, and planning this took to make it look so good! At first I thought it might be cramped because of how small these houses are and how much furniture and decor you made but the end result was so open and cozy and realistic, I'm impressed beyond belief! I'm sure this took a few months if not a year... It's hard for me to gauge since you're obviously very skilled and you know exactly what you're doing but the amount of time for things to dry or set, maybe even if anything needed a minor do-over or repair, and of course you're not just churning things out like a machine so you'd need some rest and want to enjoy other things in life. Anyway, this is an amazing dollhouse! Any Sylvanian Family (well, most likely a single Big Brother or Big Sister or perhaps a couple; it's a very small house) would be honored to live there. Thank you for sharing your process and this beautiful house with us and thank you to the photographer for immortalizing it in photographs. I hope this dollhouse made its way into your book. ☺

Sylvanian family home, I had the original one from 80s in Japan. I got it from Santa when I was around grade 2. Lol I asked for it for Christmas. Very popular among Japanese girls then, it just came out in late 80s in Japan. Mine was a mouse family. The original furniture was all made by wood then, with real wood smell, real stained and varnished furniture. Now they make them with plastic... Sylvanian family is originated in Japan, which then traveled Europe like England first, also became very popular. If mine was like this, I would have maintained and preserved it. It was a huge home though so it was pain to take it out every time I played with the doll house. Eventually all collected dust and my mom threw them away as I got older. But I collected many clothes for them and made a town out of them at one point. His turned out to be an adult mature version with many books. I love the leather chair of Showa style. It goes with the library theme. Details are amazing. ❤
