I jump on a raft in the canal and hand feed the fish some carcasses from a past fishing trip. We started a catfish feeding frenzy!! They went crazy over the kingfish, tilefish and mahi carcasses. There were also pufferfish, snapper and a stingray that came to feed. When I get out of the water, big Jack Crevalles come to check out the action. I hook up to one big jack and it immediately cuts me off on a piling.

I am a fisheries biologist from germany and for me this is one of the coolest things I've ever seen. The huge biomass of different fish species is completely impossible to achieve in most european waters due to an extreme fishing pressure.

I laugh so much when you lose a fish . Your so competitive it shows in your fishing. Really interesting video. I live in a similar community down here in Sydney Australia and the bream under my pontoon and boat are as smart as your fish . Too hard to catch but will eat anything not on a hook or line . Great video , great filming. Well done .

I loved the heck out of it. This is one of my new favorites from y'all. One thing you might want to look into. Dockside oyster farming has become a thing here in Alabama. If y'all do this and you can get some of your neighbors into it then the canal water will get much much better quickly. All you have to do is hang baskets over the side of your dock with the oysters in them. Not only do they make the water cleaner, but hey, fresh oysters whenever you want them.

The English guy who targets weird fish around the world caught huge bull sharks fishing off the banks of the Icw at night. I saw a 15 foot hammer head chasing sting Ray's near sailfish marina. Another huge hammer head over 1.000 pounds was eating 35 pound Jack's inside the jetties. Just because you have not seen one, I would not swim in that water. Over on the west coast around tampa a big shark attacked a girl way up inside the canal systems. Remember bull sharks can swim 1,000's of miles inside fresh water rivers.
