At this time, there will always be harvest when going to the mountain to dig vegetables.
So I hand-forged a simple hoe to dig fish mint and allium chinense in the mountain.
Fish mint just grows tender shoots, it is crunchy and tender and good taste for making cold dish.
Wild allium chinense are sweet and delicious,it is suitable for being stir-fried with smoked pork.

折耳根刚长出嫩芽，又脆又嫩，凉拌味道极佳
野生藠(jiào)头清甜可口，适合拿来搭配油烟味重的腊肉，很是合适！
