Listen folks this is not for the DIY home hobbiest. This type hand held laser welder will cost you around $10k to $20k US dollars today. So its gona be some time before the price comes down to bring one home. Maybe in around 5 years its a smaller machine, with an incorporated wire feeder at a lower price, and be more user friendlier. Also these machines can mig weld metal from 22 gauge up to almost a 1/4 inch. So it welds 1mm to 5mm no problem.

Stainless steel welding is very good but Aluminam is welding ok so looking not nice black what is probable?

Commonly used laser welding shielding gases are mainly N2, Ar. When laser welding with CO2 gas is not good, CO2 can be decomposed into CO and O at high temperature, has a certain oxidation to the metal, and the weld will be blackened when welded

What material? Carbon steel? If you weld 10mm, you need to use a 3000 watt machine.

Your English would be more understandable if you would talk a little bit slower. No one speaks English that quickly. When you speak quickly you are slurring your words and you are not enunciating so your words are NOT understandable. I believe you have a firm grasp of the English language you are just not enunciating. Relax and slow down and you'll do just fine.
