The Witch from Mercury has concluded, and I have a strong urge to hand-paint the HG 1/144 Gundam Aerial with freehand patterns! Suletta's mobile suit will also be customized and kitbashed for tabletop gaming with Gamma Wolves. Throughout this process, I'm going to share stories and advice from recent conventions I've attended.

Didnt watch because no time for anime anymore, but I *LOVE* the final 2 HG kits, the Schwartzette and the Calibarn. I'm trying to find one of each, and maybe 2 Schwartette for double wing shenanigans.

Your freehand patterns are so cool! I definitely get FOMO, even when it comes to new games that everyone is playing. You're right though, at the end of the day I need to just go at my own pace. Its a shame that the algorithm works the way it does, it doesn't really help people with more varied interests.

Hey man, the Aerial Looks Amazing! I'm going to be doing a Custom Gundam Calibarn Build for a Table Top RPG I'm getting set up with our GM, it's going to start out with my Custom Colors and as we play I'm going to build it into the Custom Gunpla I want. ^,=,^ fyi you're channel was the inspiration for wanting to do the TTRPG.

I agree with you on WfM, the best point to me was Bob's adventures on earth. The ending felt very rushed, and gave me too much of a 00 "Lets talk this out" vibe

Gamma wolves, the one I play is more of a wargame than an RPG like D&D, but there are a lot of cool indie projects out there, I recommend looking into lancer

Lol, I believe all my HGs are on 100mm circle bases. There is a section of the book with suggestions; have fun!

It's technically possible, but not really in the style I paint. IMO the markers are good for picking out specific details

How do you know if the paint is thin enough? I feel like i go too thin or not thin enough

kinda just have to get used to it and experiment. if it's pooling, running, hard to control, then too thin. If showing a lot of brush strokes and thick, then not thin enough, etc.

I'm assuming you mean to say 'exist'; there isn't an official D&D/Gundam product, but many indie mecha tabletop RPGs exist, some are their own games (like Lancer or Salvage Union), and some are supplements to existing RPGs
