This Magna Capper™ was customized for uniquely-shaped dispensing pump caps for liquid sanitizer. Several features were integrated to minimize operator involvement including a large capacity hopper and cap bulk elevator, an inclined centrifugal sorting bowl, & vision-based cap inspection station at speeds up to 45 cpm.
