I've gotta say, looking at this product again a year later, I am supremely intrigued. Not only for emulsifying, but for rapidly cooling ice baths nearly instantly. I can see endless applications that my ultrasonic cleaner bath simply cannot approach with its order of magnitude less acoustic power. Sometimes more really is better.

Yes, it's designed for this purpose, theoretically it's same product, however, this portable one is for small quantity, normally for lab use, what you asked must be larger industrial type, 30-50 liter per batch? maybe..

No, changing frequency will not change the particle size, the power & amplitude will change particle size.
