With the help of our Guardian Angels, Lorna guides us through a meditative process of handing over all of our worries, stresses, and fears to God.
As you talk with our guardian angel, and share all these things your guardian angel will write them all down as if taking note of all the pain and hurt you're feeling, all the fears you're feeling, all of that anxiety, even that terror that you are feeling inside of you.
We are encouraged not to hold back and allow any tears and laughter to flow freely as we do this. In this vivid visualization practice, you are to let your heart pour out as you see in your guardian angel's hand its paper and pen and watch as your guardian angel writes every detail so quickly.
Your guardian angel reminds you, "God loves you", as the letter is sent. You receive a gift from your guardian angel to be placed in the pocket of your heart.
Lorna invites you to write down all that was said in this meditation and to stay in the space and time of being in the presence of your guardian angel as long as you wish.
