I'm tryin to teach myself jewelry making the past year an bit now. I can make and solder rings make Bezel settings. Lookin at u burnish that stone in, iv no idea how u do that. I can burnish in a bezel but how on earth do u do it on a piece of solid stock? 🤔 I wish I could watch closer n have some in depth tips.. That's the worst thing about learning from books n vids and one or two people in the business..

Hi Pink, this was a quite large pendant & was made with 2 colour metal, so it was a very long job. Best to start with a more simple design maybe in silver & see how that goes

How did you make the stones stay in the hole?

We call it flush setting. Hard to explain on here. Will need to look it up. Basically is it moving the metal over the edge of the girdle of the stone.
