Very impressive workers. They do all of that without the help or use of modern tools and equipment. Nothing here but basic tools and strong men. I guarantee they don't make our minimum wages and don't work just 40 hours weekly. I would bet my life savings that they don't have health insurance, sick days, paid vacations or retirement plans. What they do have are strong backs and minds. Some of the hardest workers come from what are considered 3rd. world nations.

무슨 한국에 이런 기술자가 없어요 ㅋㅋ 할줄 알지만 시간대비 돈도 안되고 저렇게 작업할 업체, 업주도 없습니다... 비싼 기술자 여럿 데려다가 차 한대 쪼물닥 거리면 그 업체 한달이면 망합니다 ㅋㅋ 우리나라도 라디에이터 하나 기술자가 분해해서 청소하고 조립하던 시절이 있었습니다 지금은 부품 수급도 잘되고 공임이 쎄니 저짓 못하죠 그리고 요즘 차대 함부로 건들이면 수갑찹니다.... 요즘 차주들 민감해서 저런식으로 수리했다가는 난리 나구요

Imagine what 'Henry Ford' would think if he was able to see what's become of automobiles! These trucks may not be brand new from whichever manufacturer but the work they do here is Amazing none the less. Great job men.. $5,000 for a rebuilt truck of that size is mind boggling.

Expensive labour countries can laser chassis number after accident. Sometimes, repairs too expensive... sometimes, price is same for new small trucks from dealer and medium trucks from not-dealer. Dealerships expensive sometimes.

Indonesian manufacturers' chassis only have one layer, while Pakistani mechanical products make chassis with three layers. it's really an extraordinary job

That's because they use mild steel,in order to match the high strength steel from the factory with just a single rail,they will put layers of it making it inefficient and extensily increasing the truck GVW dramatically

chassis is about three times thicker than a Scania ,, by gods the guy holding the rivet set has faith in the guy swinging that hammer. I also think Id be making a heavier set of trestles to be working off ... thats getting scary to watch.

If the rivet set guy gets hurt they just replace him. People cost nothing in these countries. There is zero PPE or respect for the workers´ safety here. If one man goes down another one takes his place tomorrow.
