To commemorate 75 years of history, Omega released the Seamaster in Summer Blue collection which comprises of 11 watches across 8 models including Aqua Terra, Aqua Terra Worldtimer, Seamaster 300, Diver 300M, Planet Ocean 600M, Proplof, and Ultra Deep.
Every watch in the new collection sports a commemorative caseback that harks back to the 1956 original with Poseidon and two seahorses.

Andrew is such a good presenter. Idk how many takes they did, but most of this is continuous stream. No notes; no script. I’d be tripping over my words and inserting filler words&sounds after 15sec. Really, really great job…the intersection of hard work and true talent.

But, FWIW, I’m thinking of playing portions of this for my junior attorneys to teach summation technique - your presence; clarity of speech; cadence and tempo; etc. are top notch. So much that public speakers can learn from this.

This is the best series launch I have ever seen from a major watch brand. The arrangement by depth; the slow darkening of the blue color as we dive deeper; how well they captured the ocean in the palate; changing the color of the date windows and indices to match; the case backs, the two sizes of the Aqua Tera with the unisex version going without dial texture; the size of the Planet Ocean; the muted tones and proportions of the Ploprof (In the past, Omega's philosophy has been, "Well the Ploprof is a loud looking design, so we will follow it up with loud colors and sizes" just made the watch absurd. The restraint used for this release really makes the watch shine, even among such a great lineup); the Ultra Deep dial with the fun UV light "bathroom stall graffiti"; - it is just flawless!

bro..ive been exhausted with omega talk recently,but this was by far the best video i have seen.the difference that nice sunlight gives to a dial like that is awesome...really tho if i saw way more outdoor shots of watches ,rather than just renders or studio lit ones i would have made some totally different choices when buying.

They’re all winners, but I’m thoroughly impressed by the Ploprof. It’s been ‘right-sized’ as far as I’m concerned. The Planet Ocean down-size is appropriate these days as well. And I’ll say it: the 300M needs a new bracelet, so therefore I’d purchase this model with the steel mesh bracelet, which I’m told retails for around $800 US.

I have to confess Andrew, I was fully prepared to walk away from this 75th Omega reveal sticking with my perennial favourite in their lineup, the Seamaster 300. However, with it's gorgeous dial; the larger, raised, lume filled indices - the Seamaster Diver 300M has won me over! Size wise, it's not my preference - anything 39-41mm is more ideal for my wrist... but I can't get over this new 300Ms bold, striking features. Cheers!

This was a great look at these watches. When I saw the photos, I would say the Seamaster 300 was my favorite, followed closely by the Planet Ocean 39.5 (recently tried one on and really liked it). However, that 300M is looking pretty nice in the daylight. I do wish they had taken the opportunity to refresh the bracelet though. The 300 wears better on my 7.25" wrist. Thanks for the detailed look at these watches and the beautiful sights in the background. I am envious of that trip. Also, I don't know how this channel doesn't have 300K+ subscribers already. It consistently offers some of the best looks at new watches and excellent videography.

I had a Seamaster for about 6 years and it was an amazing watch..comfortable and accurate. I never had anybody notice it or at least comment on it. I sold it and bought some other watches and I had several compliments on a Seiko dive watch i wore…seriously.

Great review and the camera doesn't do these dials justice. Went by the local boutique today, they had the 300 and 300m in back (not available for sale) was able to get a sneak peak. The dials are truly stunning and the case back is gorgeous! The did a great job matching the lume to it as well. Personally, would match the 300 with a milanese bracelet for the perfect vintage look.

PO and UD are the highlights. UD now has a GrandSeiko-esque "structured" dial, and that is definitely an improvement. And the fun "easter egg" is a great addition! If I were to choose between all of these, I would chose UD without second thought, big and bold.

Love it! Well done Omega! I'd love to see that 38mm Aqua Terra in a beautiful, lustrous 41mm yellow gold case and bracelet edition. In my imagination it would contrast beautifully against the sun-brushed, summer blue dial particularly when glistening in that warm Mykonos sunshine.
