been single is awesome, there is nothing wrong with that. i lost my wife to breast cancer almost five years now. i took care of my daughter. but i will tell you if you ever have the opportunity of getting married please do. but never regret been single. because, am still single.

Because the majority of their fan base are young school girls all dreamy eyed buying all the albums and concert tickets screaming til you can’t hear the music. These guys are at the core age group where they can play a teenager into young adulthood which so many dramas demand. Once they turn 40, then the younger newer guys take over, and there’s more emphasis on actual acting talent than the silly teeny bopper kdramas.

The average korean man chooses not to marry because of the lack of a house, a good job and money in a country where things are expensive. Even if they do, most choose not to have children. And for those rich men who are straight, they also avoid marriage because in a country where divorce rate is also high, the men lose a lot more through alimony and division of assets. Better to stay single or coupled if raising an expensive child is not in your scheme of things. So it's not even something to be surprised of in a country that has the lowest birth rate. Staying single has become S Kore's norm, whether it be man or woman.

Honestly being single is better. I'm 31 and have never dated. I do find men attractive but I'm not interested in settling down. I'm just not into that kind of commitment. It's much better to have the freedom that comes with being single.

They are gay or, most likely, wiser. I think they can’t handle the stress of dating, living with a woman, being married and having a family. They rather work, playing heroes or bad guys, spies, cops, gangsters, knights and demons. They are loved by many, that’s something powerful. They have their crew, they have their family business, they have their lifestyle that keeps them fit and fabulous. People live their lives through them. They are a brand and a company by themselves. Imagine sharing that with a wife and children. To sell beautiful stories they have to live as monks. Having a wife and family is messy. A hermit stays clean. No hate tweets from jealous fans, no gossip, no bombs, no death threats. They are actors now, they gonna be directors next, or producers, anything to stay creative in their industry. Maybe when they leave the limelight, they find a loved one then, someone young they can call the love of their lives, have children and continue the brand. The grandmothers and mothers loved them and the daughters and granddaughters will love their famous offspring.
