I wear Poc but palms stretch, easy to tear palm, too thin knuckle protection, but great fit, and comfort. But I might try Mechanix gloves next, but read they are stiff. But the perfect glove does probably not exist.

Any good thick leather glove will be stiff in the beginning, you just need to wear them and break them in. The Handup Gloves are more of a "second skin" they don't have the thick padding like other gloves. Thanks for sharing Johannes and good luck with your perfect glove quest!

@@UpsideDownMtn yea I guess you are correct about stiffness, I ride do much I would probably wear them in fast. I meant impact protective padding, they also have it in the palm, i am interested in those due to full finger & knuckle coverage, only gloves that offer that, are Mechanix impact, but not tried them yet. Their high vis is most interesting due to brake finger coverage.

Let me know how the Mechanix gloves work for you.

So which do you prefer? Tasco or handup? I don’t like the current tasco colors but other reviews lean that way.

As far as build quality they are almost identical. So then it just comes down to style, colors, etc. Personally, I like the @Handupgloves better.
