Angel to stop the hang bar spinning put one hand facing forward the other facing back (like chin-up grip) it stops the bar rolling. Hope this helps!

I’ve tried these hang bars before and I held on for 2:48 (Only because I’m a climber though) but I understand how hard it can be and most people don’t make it over a minute so good effort dude 👍

Nothing like playing some carnival games! You both did way better than I would have done at holding onto the bar, I wouldn't even last five seconds... I agree with you about blaming the wind, but I still think your prizes were really cute :)

The problem with the bar is fairly easy to overcome. It's a matter of how you're holding on. All you need to do is interlock your fingers over the top of the bar with the bar itself between your hands. Solves problems of rotation and any sort of slip your fingers might otherwise experience.

Kitty Princess yeah one time I got to 2 mins on flexed arm hang. The trick the carnies do on this is they rotate the bar just a bit so you can’t use your arm strength and it’s basically only your fingers
