Music is a spiritual practice that has been with us for millenia. I loved hearing Ananda express his spirit via a synthesis of diverse cultural forms, reaching all the way back in time to the didjeridoo. Namaste my brother...

I was there and it is such a beautiful city and the people of Portugal always seems so darn nice. Loved the time there and whether I saw a street performer earning his bread and sharing, meh. The Fado singers at small restaurants were a highlight of the visit.

Great control over and coordination of your instruments and awesome sound! I salute you!!! Just a pity that most people simply walk by without taking notice of what a great experience they are missing. Why judge others? I think the message is you are your own person and on your path daily. You might pause to share with another or wend along your own path. Sooo negative for many commenting here. Why call others dumb? Why say 95% or others are dumb. Let them be. Learning not to judge seems a message I must learn and practice.

Another performer who plays a hang drum like this, which she calls a 'spacedrum', and sometimes plays in concert with a didgeridoo player, is Ms. Yuki Koshimoto. She has videos on YT. Yuki's 'spacedrum' appears to be miked as one video shows the instrument connected to an amp of some kind.
