I took the van out on another Spontaneous trip from California to Sedona, Arizona. I had to be back for an event Thursday and Friday in LA. So we left Tuesday evening camped and the next morning got to ride all day till it got dark. The drive wasn't too bad either. Everyone tells me that its the best place to visit this time of year.....and they weren't wrong. It was so beautiful. The weather was perfect, not to cold not to hot, the trails were in great conditions... the dirt was prime time! I have gone to Sedona plenty of times and checked off a lot of trails and this one was definitely on my list. I remember a few trips ago my friends and I practically hiked the end of this trail to catch sunset on one of the rock slabs. I remember seeing what this trail was all about and was always so scared of it. I think that's why we never committed to riding this trail too. But I am so happy I got to check it out. The next time I go I can ride it a bit faster and more confidently, Having that this was our first time we took each section piece by piece. Its always a good idea when its your first time on a trail, in my opinion! I can't wait to take Maddy down these rock slabs too.
Thank you for watching and joining me on all my Mtb adventurous, where to next!!!???

So funny to just finish up a lap on this trail and come find this video. I'll NEVER forget riding this for the first time... pretty sure I said 'I'll never bother riding that again... it's no fun at all, just straight up scar with consequences' haha Four or so laps and years later I love this trail! Rad to get to ride along for your first experience; ya'll slayed it! 🤘

You looked to have a great guide. Thats the best way to experience Sedona. I want to see more ebike rides. Your settings on the GoPro are amazing. I need to get your settings. Heather, thanks for all the great content and sharing the places you ride. Though I’m nowhere near the level of rider I need to be for some of the trails/spots you ride, the locations are amazing and helpful as I build my bucket list of spots to check out! I’m curious what type of bike rack you have mounted to the back of your van. I’m looking to build a custom setup for the front of our travel trailer and I’m looking for ideas, and checking out every type of setup I can find. Thanks!

Heather , what trail has been your best and your worse one. What is your ideal trail, average climbing and down hill . How many miles do you usually ride, have you ever riden in Monterey Co. By laguna seca . We have East Garrison trails and Creek side trails. Some call it Ford ord trails, just curious if you have risen out here. Trails in Creek Side are very hard working trails lots of climbing and fast downhill s, East Garrison are more single trails fast but mostly even trails no a lot of climbing or downhill s just fast . But putting both together are fun . You can ride from one end of the Mountains to Laguna Seca threw the mountains and back. It's about 15 miles straight 1900 elevation there and back but could add as much as you like depending on your liking.
