Hannah Brown is now a Nashville girly like KB, and the former Bachelorette, author, and Dancing with the Stars AND Special Forces winner is sitting down in Kaitlyn’s studio to talk about all things mental health and beyond. Hannah has gone through a heavy dose of trauma and life experiences, including surviving cancer at a young age, something that Kaitlyn only recently discovered about her friend. She explains the different parts of herself that she’s gotten to know recently and why she is so proud of herself for her mental strength and fortitude. Now, she’s starting a podcast, and the mantra “do it scared” is something she can definitely relate to in this new journey. They two talk about her past and potential future with reality TV, how she feels about the Bachelor franchise now, and what everyone can expect from her brand new podcast, Better Tomorrow!

Nick V... Is not a great/good/even mediocre interviewer, there I said it... Just speaking my truth here.... He is below Par - wayyyyyyy.... He has has zero presence and a Huge Ego... KB blows him out of the water. In a word; Nick is Boring. =========Snooze Fest zzzzzz

I love listening to Kaitlyn and Hannah talk about life. Therapy helped me so much to stop the cycle that started way back in my family. It also helped me to trust and love myself. Thank you both for encouraging others to explore their own mental health.

Kaitlyn I honestly feel like you could get so much out of special forces! After all the work you’ve been putting into yourself with therapy and inner child work, I think it would be crazy what could happen for you in that environment.

Loved this conversation ❤ loved when Hannah said how it’s good to repeat those to stories because someone might be listening for the first time and that story might resonate with them. And I think just like how the two of you talked about how chances are other people aren’t thinking about your failures, they’re thinking about their own, in my experience, the same goes for whether or not I choose to listen to a podcast! I don’t listen to the same podcast religiously every week, I tend to rotate through a handful and listen to whichever fits the mood I’m in or what I’m needing in that moment whether that’s inspiration, laughter, factual information about a specific topic, feeling like I’m hanging out with a friend rather than listening to something, etc. It’s not a reflection of the podcast (or the host), it’s a reflection of where I am that day and what will feed my soul 😊 I’m excited to continue to listen to OTV-well, watch now that it’s on KZfaq 🙌-and start Better Tomorrow 🩷

You guys are so contagious and real. I've never been a fan girl, but the two of you spoke to my heart through your seasons of the bachelorette & I haven't stopped following up with you both since. The love, realness, goofiness that you guys exude really has touched me. I'll probably never meet you two in this lifetime, but in another we could be best friends. Thank you for sharing your hearts, struggles, triumphs, being you!! - just all of it. You're awesome people & such great fantasy sisters 🤪 Keep on keeping on, babes 🥰

I found it super relatable and refreshing!! I think just different liber experiences or perspectives, I’m NOT a celebrity in literally any sense of the word lol, but I relate to their approaches, traumas, desire for connection and openness of sharing their pain in order to find community in their journey. Tbh found new techniques based on this I’m excited to Google and learn more about!

Ok here's my 2 cents - sorry Hannah... When we focus on the negatives and dwell on them through entire podcast. It's a drag.. Being dragged down to that mindset is draining to listen to. Sorry but I had to exit this one. Therapy is great and I'm all for it but this was dwelling on every side of negative, self doubt, just too much... 1 after another - it was total little overkill. So far I love all the interviews I've seen but his one was a turn off "literally"... See you next time KB:) looking forward to your other podcasts. I love all the other interviews so far, just not this guest, this time....
