OK everyone who commented about Daft punk and ripping off: permission, crediting and royalties DOES actually happen in the music industry, it's just it happens behind the scenes. Music gets, sampled, copied, quoted, altered and re used and this has happened forever only now-a-days royalties guidelines and copyright laws bubble away IN THE BACKGROUND (where they belong) to try and keep things fair. To date, sampling something does not legally require you to name your work after the thing you've sampled. So long as you abide by copyright/royalties laws you are still free to name your work whatever you wish which is what has happened in this case. Now can we all shut up about Dido ripping off Eminem, and Madonna kinda sounding like that song you heard in a lift once. Yours sincerely, a musician.

Why are people saying "Daft Punk isn't getting any credit." True Daft Punk fans know that these vocals aren't originally theirs anyway, they were from Missy Elliott. Daft Punk took it from her. So she should be getting credit as well, if anyone.

I feel like the best part of this song is the Daft Punk sample, yet I don't see them getting any credit anywhere for it. It's pretty much just a remix. A pretty good one at that but hardly different enough to give it a new name.
