just as we thought autumn had arrived, we have a 30 degree heatwave! spend a couple of days with me, a shopping trip, lots of lovely walks & cooking with Kenny. back with alllll the autumn content next week! love you xxx

Having a bit of a crappy day today, just watched your video and feeling inspired to get on with some things which I know will make me feel better. I got my Waitrose delivery this morning so all geared up for some healthy meals for the next week. It’s been super hot up here in rural Perthshire too but it’s back to normal tomorrow…

Hi. I think those round labels are for the lids of the spice bottles, if you store them in a drawer.

As a Coach and Professional Organizer: lóved it! Your OCD with the labels: 😂😂. Tip: Ikea has some sort of little cupboard/pantry racks (you have to put them together yourself of course 😂), so you can put the last pots higher up. Very handy for everything, also for mugs etc. That way you can store something underneath! 😘

The data groups/studies etc on blue zones are hugely flawed and biased (especially around diet) but the concepts are still good and interesting...we all need to take care of our health holistically/naturally and stop relying so much on western medicine 💊 here's to a long and healthy life ❤
