Is there a possibility of appointing an interim Mayor until the conclusion of the FBI investigation?? I wasn’t sure if that would be an option for the village trustees. Thank you so much for your 1st class breakdown of the meetings and other issues regarding the ‘Super Mayor’ and cronies. Very professional and informative without embellishing, adding or leaving out details. Just the facts. I saw that this video reached 29 thumbs down. That count has dropped by 11 from the max. What is going on? Haters remorse? Or is it because they now realize that you can see the haters user accounts? I still would like to know who these 18 usernames are so I can look at and study their KZfaq profiles. The 11 usernames, because they changed their thumb down are lost in time and I say good for you changing your evaluation of this well edited commentary video.

Those are the ones that keep corrupt and incompetent politicians in power by reelection…they are the reason why our government is able to do what they please…and they are the reason for holding this country back from significant changes..like our education system, the justice system, healthcare and affordable housing. We do not need old, dusty, decrepit politicians, 45 or Biden, but new younger blood to refresh Congress and the White House

I signed up for your newsletter a while back, don't think I've gotten anything yet! and honestly, it kinda upsets me when Chris g. talks like he doesn't side with the mayor, and he may not but the truth is she wouldn't be supervisor right now if it weren't for HIM! YES, at the 11th hour Chris was the first one to raise his hand and nominate henyard and they had just 9 minutes left to get her sworn in before the board lost the ability to appoint someone themselves, otherwise it would have gone through a different method that wouldnt include the board deciding, maybe an election I'm not sure but it was him that brought upon his township this liar and crook so "at the end of the day", as henyard loves to say, it's nobody's fault but their own for nominating the worst person imaginable for the job

I agree but I was disappointed in the fire chief because he did not stand with them. I'm sure Tiff would have fired him on the spot!! I understand everyone needs/wants their paycheck but sometimes you have to stand for what's right.

The firefighters should meet with the Insurance companies that provide fire insurance. They will see that they are paid or the insurance rates in Dolton go through the roof. Response times go down and more property is lost if these guys "get sick".

That’s a whole different level of not taking care of biz and will land someone in some serious trouble. It’s unthinkable that this could have happened to any village or city. But I think she’s been robbing Peter to pay Paul for at least a year and the funds have gotten so low that she can’t even do that now.

In a recent press conference, the governor said he was standing by and willing to help Dolton in any way he could. What needs to happen now is the Dolton police department needs to be deactivated and replaced with State police.

But the firefighters are a different kind of person than the mayor and her followers. Firefighters realize that people in the community are going to need their emergency services and they aren't about to leave them hanging. The mayor's team on the other hand, put up a big screen you can't see behind and is telling everyone there is no fire as they watch it burn.

She was recalled and lost by an insane amount. However, if memory serves correctly, Illinois doesn't have a provision to recall low level politicians, or the local laws didn't have an impeachment law so the will of the people was overturned by a single judge

Hold the line as far as the FBI are concerned at least and don't give up hope just yet ❤ You see, what you need to know about the feds is, they have an extraordinarily high successful conviction rate, one of the highest not just in America, but the entire world, that being a staggering 97.45% successful conviction rate in all cases it takes on, meaning out of every 100 cases they prosecute, 97 of those end in a guilty verdict. Now compare to the conviction rate of any top DA in any big US city such as New York /Georgia /LA for example, who's best conviction rate is between 58~65 % successful, or no more than 65% end up in a successful guilty verdict. However, that high success rate requires meticulous and thorough investigation by the feds often taking up to 24 months (depending on the size of the case and number of accused involved) to bring to trial, which in my eyes is worth it to secure a successful prosecution, and only makes it all the sweeter when arrest and conviction ccurs. So don't give up on them as this is very early days. ❤❤❤

the FBI is doing what they always do -- take their time. there are dozens of bad actors to chase down this rabbit hole, you want more than just her held accountable, don't you? the FBI actually has gangs and drug lords to hunt, too, and with what manpower and funds they're given. they have to dredge up info on a village and township from probably compromised documents. the feds dgaf about how long it takes. federal prosecutors want mountains of evidence to bully a plea deal, that's why they have such high conviction rates. the governor doesn't care about anything he can't pour BBQ sauce on, but even then this is outside of his purview for a reason. it is, however, the AG's job, but he's a useless pos who should have dealt with this years ago if he was honest. what do you expect the state police to do, issue her a speeding ticket? lol.

Corrupt administrations do anything they can to instill fear into the people and silence them. Jedidiah has a voice that you can't ignore, even if you wanted to. He brings the corruption to the light and it's not always pretty. His eloquence and persistence inspires the people to speak up and act if they want the change they have long desired. I see Freeman is just as ready to defend Henyard as he always was. It looked like he yelled something to House as well after Brown was led off in handcuffs - probably blaming him for this. I also noticed the guy hanging around the podium who was wearing a baseball cap, was an apparent undercover police officer there for security. When Brown went to approach Holmes, this guy ran up to where the mayor was, said something, then maneuvered over the table to get to the side Henyard was on, while Freeman and this person escorted her out.

And then you have herself, who talks so much that she tells on herself, such as her saying she doesn’t handle day to day operations, but there are many videos of her saying SHE IS the one who handles day to day and the skating rink named after her daughter. There’s not an insane amount of youth in Dolton! He comes from an era where you speak the language that one understands! While people are waiting on Laurie and FBI they’re losing their homes, businesses and livelihoods! Anger gets 💩 done! It’s not pretty but what happens is when word gets out that the youth is about to set the city on fire…..that’s when authorities get a bit more incentive. I’m not saying everything was right but it was the youth that spearheaded the George Floyd movement not the elderly! Heard has had police and goons follow this man live on camera! We are past playing nice! As Malcom X said, RIGHT NOW! In 5 minutes is too late and yesterday is too long far gone!

Thank you for doing this video. The fact she does not show up on time at the Thornton Township shows her contempt for the township. And she is making over 4 times her mayor salary to attend these meetings. It is clear that she does not have a leg to stand on to rum for re-election for supervisor. Cancelling a meeting because of her birthday -- ridiculous. As for the Village meeting, I am waiting for the election. It is clear that the election for mayor is the only way that we will get closure.
