So when the defense team tries to win this on appeal, the Judge has put on the record why thise questions and answers were allowed to go on. The defense let it go and took a gamble for a mistrial. FAFO.

Technically speaking, the judge had previously shut the defense down before they even put her on the stand. She literally provides nothing to the case other than talking points for msm. It's already been established there was a payment, the case is about documentation that supposedly concealed a crime. NDAs are not illegal. Listing the payments as legal expense is also not illegal considering he paid his lawyer to complete the NDA which is a legal document. This case is bs
