On Saturday, September 10, 2022, an U13 tournament at the SV Viktoria Weigenheim sports field honouring the company founder and passionate soccer player Hans Lang, was organized. The tournament was part of the grand celebrations in honour of the company's 90th anniversary. Therefore, the company provided catering for the teams as well as trophies and medals for the children. The managing partner of the MEKRA Lang company did not miss the opportunity, to personally cheer on the tournament participants and present the prizes to the winning teams.

Am Samstag, den 10. September 2022, fand am Sportplatz des SV Viktoria Weigenheim ein U13-Turnier zu Ehren des Firmengründers und leidenschaftlichen Fußballspielers Hans Lang statt. Das Turnier war eingebettet in den großen Rahmen des 90-jährigen Jubiläums des Unternehmens. Deshalb übernahm die Firma auch die Verpflegung der Mannschaften sowie Pokale und Medaillen für die Kinder. Die geschäftsführende Gesellschafterin des Unternehmens MEKRA Lang ließ es sich nicht nehmen, die Turnierteilnehmer persönlich anzufeuern und die Siegerehrung vorzunehmen.
