Travelling from Germay to Spain to watch Barça matches, Barça Ateltic matches, to England to ask for Pep's advice, putting together his tactical evaluation, potential system changes, season analysis and other studies in a dossier to submit to the club and also succeeding in impressing the hierarchy with his report ALL WHILE NOT BEING EMPLOYED BY THE CLUB. If Xavi leaves, the club must reward Flick with the contract. He's already working without pay.

Laporta and Deco should go instead of Xavi. If the plan was to get Flick for the new season why dont just let Xavi go when he wanted to instead of anouncing that he will continue for the next season. Laporta used Messis name to win the elections then lied to him fot monts before let him go on a free and after PSG contract was over he lied again that Messi is coming back to Barcelona just to make a turn at tha last moment. Yes, it's true that Barca this season is really poor but the majority of the issues in this team are these players. Idk why us fans fail to realise some of our players aren't good enough to be at Barca. Xavi can't play for every player on the pitch, all he (Xavi) can do is give instructions then the rest is up to the players. Pay attention to the player's individual performance then you'll see why Xavi is struggling as the coach. Flick doesnt work well with ypungters. In Bayern he got stacked squad that he didnt have with Germany. I don't think he's gonna try to get Musiala because it'd be too expensive. I think Kimmich is a lot more likely and he could play with De Jong like he did with Goretzka at Bayern. I can see Pedri leaving if a really big offer comes and Gavi could be a CM playing alongside Kimmich, De Jong, Gundogan, Fermín, Guido, Sergi Roberto and even Raphinha. Musiala would cost 100-120 M, whereas Kimmich would be half of that. I think Roque and Raphinha will remain in Barcelona, probably Cancelo too and I'm very curious about what's gonna happen to Ferrán Torres, João Félix and Ansu Fati, neither seems to fit the profile of a Sane, Gnabry or Coman. .. I think Flick will want another wing or even two that can play on both sides, so Yamal doesn't have to play all the time. It could be Nico Williams, it could be Xavi Simmons, Jadon Sancho, Leroy Sané...or maybe someone from Barça Atlétic.

I have to disagree with your double pivot of frenkie and gavi. Yes we would use the 4231 formation, but I would argue that frenkie and gavi would fight for the box to box position. Then gundogan and pedri do the same thing for the 10 position. Then Musiala can be the false LW, do what Messi used to do on the right wing. They all can be part of the team. We need a quality press resistant cdm. That would unlock our team. Look at what xavi was able to do with bouquets
