You can't make an Akita do something that he doesn't want to do. Those dogs are very intelligent but can be as stubborn like a mule.

My oldest girl will do tunnels started on large walk thru when she wasa pup,,,,but we still have those I’ll walk around moments

@@hasanahm3d Yes the original Japanese Akita was breed with the German Shepard among other large dogs to create the American Akita. German Shepard's are known to suffer with hip displacer disproportionally to other dogs.

@@RaphaelDawkinsCombatRadio If you look at the working line German Shepard they have very good structure. I have seen a few Akita with better angulation in the rear legs close to the working gsd and they seem to run a whole lot better in every aspect

@@RaphaelDawkinsCombatRadio Not if you neuter ones eith it. Got hip problems from overcrowding and brother/sister. GSD in other countries don't have it like in USA.

He's much too large for that tunnel and he KNOWS he will get stuck.....stop making him do something he clearly KNOWS is dangerous.....gawd I get fed up with these 'trainers' sometimes!!! This dog is streets ahead of this woman in IQ level.
