TBH.. this is a marvellous achievement. To think that you had the bike back in one piece after almost 50000 miles around the world and countless number of drops. Which other bike would have survived this trip and which other bike would have a better option. The bike gave you good economy with 3k worth of fuel only spent…wow. I read about your trip on a bike magazine and that’s how I started watching ur videos.. your endurance strength is unbelievable. I would have given up less than half way through. The other dealers who were shying to lend you a bike would be having second thoughts now.

To say you fell off a few times, you were lucky that all of them were at slow speed, it would be a different story at speed, but happy to be alive and ready for the next trip.

It's a great video, you feel sad and laugh at the same time. It was very funny that Lavin jumped on you and used you as an airbag, I would be lying if I said I didn't feel sorry for Bumblebee, but it was a solid motorcycle and God protected you, I think this is a great success and a great experience, you fought against all kinds of weather conditions, animals, roads and You returned to your country in one piece. We love you and our prayers are with you. I hope you will embark on brand new adventures soon, take care of yourself, I wish you happiness, health and money.✌🏍

Couple of days at an off road riding school and some appropriate tyres for your journey would of made a huge difference

You and a plethora of adventure riders who are hurting themselves, many with permanent injuries, and rescue scenarios posted on you tube....Makes me wonder what is going on in the motorcycle world. For example, these two.....no experience and they decide to break a world record, for some reason, to go around the world, with no calculation of risk of injury. Basically, they are both lucky they don't have broken legs...both of them...both riders, and both legs. As you would know...a 500 lb motorcycle landing on you, boot or no boot, elbow pads or not...will snap bones in two...simple as that....they are lucky that is all. Crashing more than once, whether you are going around the world or not...is too many times......Its crazy that they post a video of "all" the crashes....why?

@user-lt8yt6vb1y It's the same as with people riding a horse. You need to get in the saddle to get the experience. They did an amazing job. They need a motorcycle hoist to help pick up the bike I am ordering one too it's just a strap and rachet

Resiliency is the key. I use to practice on sand before the race season (motocross) would begin. The technique with riding on sand is to go fast. Believe it or fall.

It was funny revisiting how timid you both were with the bike in the early days, but you conquered it in the end. It’s a big old lump of metal for some of the terrain you rode. I’ve got an 230kg Africa Twin for fast UK road riding, but I use a little 175kg KTM 390 Adventure for solo off road riding.

My comment retyped, I suggest a enduo for off-road practice and around town use before another tour, there great for off-road practice and still street legal, great for town use, good on gas,a full road bike would be required for touring,
