A few months ago my dear friend Kathryn and I had an idea. We wanted to put together a song of celebration to share when the states started opening up after the quarantine. We recorded this separately from our rooms in our perspective homes in Minnesota and Georgia.
It was complete and ready and then George Floyd was killed. In the middle of such hard times, we no longer desired to share the song we had worked so hard to prepare.
We both pray that this precious work of love hopefully now will bring some joy in the midst of such trying times.
