I appreciate staff like you. I hate when as customers we're subjected to the musical 'taste' of whatever teenage brat is left in charge, blasted at full volume. Restaurants, hotels, bars... music is important. This is why I tip well when they get it right.

Every Saturday morning, my mother plays this special lovely music at breakfast. We got used to it, and we are waiting every Saturday morning for this event. She says, this music helps her prepare the table perfectly and arrange all kinds of fresh food for breakfast. It also stimulates her activity.

This make me so good.. I had deppression for 3 years, and now I think I'm ready to move on, i see how beautiful the world is . And most of all, i love myself. Thank you for your support btw 💜💜 Edit x2 : i think I had to give you some news because recovering from depression isn't a easy thing to do and sometimes I'm so tired of the pain but I'm learning a lot more from others and myself than before. "Cleaning "your environment is the fist step to heal. (social media, songs that make you feel like you should think about your life) to every person with the same pain, you should never think you're alone because you're not. You have yourself. And I know that it can seems hard but you CAN defeat it.

art museum with a box o' wine and some cheetos...maybe a footlong from subway. maybe go to a movie with the wine instead the art museum, people start to question the box of wine at museums. its too dark in a movie theatre to question us.

This helps me cope with my depression. When I take a day off from work, I listen to this and I felt calm and happy at the same time. This makes me pass time and helps me stop overthinking anything.

True. Keep dwelling on the same thing is not helpful. Grap every opportunity to talk to someone. I found listening to eBook is better than doing self-talk or in that autopilot mode. All the best.
