You guys should definitely visit Eustis, FL if you’re looking for amazing history. It’s not a very touristy town but as someone who grew up there I know there is a lot of history to the town. It used to be the orange capital of the world, was a hub for all travelers to pass through until roughly the 1920’s when our world famous Ocklawaha Hotel burned down, and most famously (the town) was named after General Abraham Eustis who fought Indians along side the lake in town which also carry’s his name.

Happy New Year Freeman! We hope you have an amazing year to come! Ooo that's a tough one. For Sarah, personally her favorite is Siesta Key because we've celebrated her birthday there with family many times. It's beautiful and has fireworks right on the beach for 4th of July! For us though, we'd actually have to say New Smyrna Beach! It's a small surfer town that has so much natural beauty, has a lot of fun events like wine walks, and is amazing for a bunch of outdoor adventures.

You guys are amazing I just got out of the gym I wasn't the first on this video but just to recognition means everything I watch your videos constantly because they're upbeat and uplifting most the time I'm playing them while I'm driving and I'm not watching but I'm listening positive reinforcement of how people should be kind to one another keep up the great work it has made a difference in my life now back to the video LOL

We had just replied to Raymond that we're so surprised that you recognized us! 😮 I think Sarah even commented on our way out, "I hope they don't think we're driving crazy through the grass." Haha! Oh yeah I forgot to say I am not even close to being a vegan but I have definitely Incorporated much more vegetables different kinds into my regiment I am a body builder has increased my health a hundredfold I think sometimes you guys need to probably do a video on diet

We try to just show what we're having here and there when it comes to food and not turn it into the Paul and Sarah cooking show. 😅 That's great news though! Everyone has different needs but I think in general having more whole food plants in your diet is a good thing. We could definitely use more weights in our routine in 2023. Thanks for the reminder! 💪
