I agree recovery can be for anyone going through a tough time, we can recover from trauma, bad habits, mental health etc!!

I absolutely love that they started incorporating neutral faces in mood stuff. I’m more neutral then not. My moods range from content/chill/centered to oblivious/distant/distracted/avoidant, but I can say that “crying” and “angry” faces almost never get used. I love your “squiggle mouth” face. Another favorite of mine is :/ (emojis just cant capture that subtle malaise of that emoticon.) Adding to the recovery journal, its also good for chronic illness. I've been struggling with thyroid issues (and thyroid medication) for years, and a lot of the questions are helpful when trying to get back on track after a period of extreme blah/low energy.

I love the happy journal one. I have a few of them also that I really love. Just haven’t done anything with them yet but I will. I’m glad that are not dated.

I think the tile you are thinking of is terrazzo … very old Florida, but making a revival. Really like the Hello Happy!

I got the Hello Happy one when it came out because it’s fantastic. Unfortunately I have so many planners and not enough time so I haven’t used it yet. I wish they’d do some faith journals using similar layouts.

I'm not a daily journaler, but on some of these you could use a daily page for a week/weekly review. I kinda like the Hello Happy one.

I really wanted to see, for the Goals guided journal, how many pages of the monthly habit tracker it had. In this video I only seen it once. Can you say how many times it repeats itself or if it repeated often. Great video.
